MORROWIND RELIGHTED V1.1
I decided to adjust all the lights
in Morrowind, to try and make it so that interior lighting is dependant on
the light sources (candles and lanterns) more then the
ambient/sunlight/fog settings on interiors. This makes everywhere more
atmospheric, and increases the need to carry a lantern or torch when
exploring caves and tombs.
To help counter this extra darkness, all lights have had their radius
multiplied by 1.5, and all candles that had a small radius (i.e. 64 and
77) have been doubled.
I have also added outdoor light sources in front of windows at night, and indoor light sources in front of windows during the day. They are also affected by the weather, so that lights are on during bad weather. This makes towns seem more lived in.

This lighting is designed to work using linear method or quadratic (depending on your graphics card), and to darken the ambient night colours in the ini file (this is optional though but recommended)
Download includes multiple esps and a readme. V1.1 supports Redesigned Vivec or No Vivec changes. There are no other versions compared with V1.
